Toma Blen is the young man from France. It grew in poverty and cruelty, without seeing love and the real parental care. Severe education almost gave it on the way of crime, but he managed to stop and go to work in police in time. The corrupt cop takes bribes from bandits, concludes good bargains with criminals and earns to himself reputation of the absolute egoist ready for any acts for the sake of personal benefit.

Once Toma becomes responsible for a car accident in which innocent people suffered. Without wishing to go to prison for arrival, he tries to suppress the fact of the participation in road incident and quickly covers up tracks. Soon it faces a serious problem – to it the letter with threats from the unknown witness of the tragedy on the road comes. The mysterious stranger threatens to transfer data on his guilt to colleagues police officer and to glorify his all Paris.
