Arumugami serves in the police, he occupies a low post, performing the most ordinary matters concerning order. One day he decides to talk to Inspector Arjun about a local bully who has been annoying the whole neighborhood with his terrible behavior and find a way to get rid of this man. Maari annoys absolutely everyone, his behavior is simply unbearable, he behaves as if everything obeys him here.
