The life of the young heroine and the kind fantastic monster was incredibly happy and calm, every day they enjoyed the amazing, magical moments of their existence. Little Midge lived for more than ten years in the picturesque mountains of South Korea, where nature was so beautiful that few people would want to return to the city streets. Next to her during these long years was a good-natured creature named Okcha. The main characters could not even think that soon their quiet life would be destroyed by greedy and incredibly cruel people.
One day representatives of a well-known international company come to the mountains, their goal is to return their property to America and use it exclusively for commercial purposes. This separation is unbearable for Okchi and Midji, the girl is trying to find a way to stop such a terrible state of things and goes after her friend. It will not be easy for a fourteen-year-old heroine in a city unfamiliar to her, especially since it is very different from her simple village. Midge will have to face life in a modern world where everything is connected by genetically modified foods, greedy people, constant anxiety and annoying environmental terror.
