A funny story about the ruler of a fictional country. An ardent opponent of democracy, who has always tried to prevent it from entering his country, accidentally becomes its victim. A ruler lives in a certain fictional country. This man's name is Haffaz Aladin. He is fabulously rich and has unlimited power.
