The action of the film begins with the murder of a man, which was committed right in front of his own child. That little boy was Frank. Now all these events that happened right in front of him could not be erased from memory, and throughout his life this guy turned this case in his head, as if it were yesterday. This situation could not remain without consequences, which ultimately affected his mental state.

Already twenty years after the death of his father, Frank becomes the most dangerous terrorist who is part of the army of the Republic of Ireland. One day, the leadership of the armed forces instructs Frank to carry out an important mission, with regard to the purchase of a special weapon called a stinger, capable of repelling helicopters belonging to the British army. This device was located in New York, where the main character went. There he meets a certain Tom, after which he decides to stay with his new friend. They both didn't even know yet that this acquaintance would turn sideways for them.
