The story tells about a serious battle between the power of darkness and the vampire hunter Van Helsing. In the nineteenth century, in the Kingdom of Romania, far from towns and villages, there is an intimidating Dracula castle, he can not find peace, trying to resurrect his offspring of vampires. He is specially building a laboratory, which he fully trusts Dr. Victor Frankeishten. He has been working on a project for a long time to revive human bodies, and one day he manages to instill life into a monstrous creature assembled from various bodies of deceased people.

With this discovery, Dracula and the doctor plan to revive the vampire race, but they fail to pull it off because of a revolt among the peasants. They are tired of seeing the graves of their deceased relatives being desecrated, and so they decide to finally deal with Dr. Frankenstein. Everything happens so fast that in the end the doctor dies, and his creation burns down in the mill building, holding the dead body of the creator in his hands. A year passes and soon Van Helsing arrives at the place where Count Dracula lives, who needs to fulfill an important assignment.
