A year has passed since the terrible event when a huge number of vacationers die on Lake Victoria due to an attack by prehistoric piranha species. After such a tragic incident, the territory was fenced off, and the favorite place for recreation was closed. The story begins again when two men accidentally discover a dead cow, from whose body gas was coming. Curiosity made the farmers come up and examine the contents, but a flock of piranhas flew out of there at a rapid speed, attacking unsuspecting men and destroying the unfortunate ones with incredible speed.

Monstrous and tragic cases do not end there, soon, a young couple decides to spend a night of love in a van near the lake. The girl handcuffs her beau, but does not have time to use her defenseless partner, the van rolls from the shore directly into the waters of the lake, where the guy is eaten alive by a predator, and then the voracious creatures attack Ashley.
